The U-Safe insert is a plastic device that is loaded into an empty AR-15 magazine. The insert applies constant downward pressure on the magazine follower. The U shape of the insert allows for the bolt to travel unobstructed back and forth over the magazine without engaging the bolt catch/ last round hold open feature. The bolt can still be locked to the rear by intentional engagement of the bolt catch.

The U-Safe insert dramatically speeds up the set up times between drills and trigger pulls. It eliminates the steps of setting up the next drill.
